Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Welcome to TextAura. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of textaura.art (the “Site”) and all tools on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

TextAura provides free online tools that turn text into Unicode font styles, symbols, name ideas and other text formats, such as case conversion and word counting. You do not need an account to use them. You may use the Site and the text it creates for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you follow these Terms and all laws that apply to you.

2. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Site. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, use the Site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site or its output to harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud anyone, or to create spam or misleading content;
  • use look-alike Unicode characters to imitate another person’s name, a brand, a website address or a link in order to mislead people, for example in phishing or fake accounts;
  • use generated text to break the rules of other platforms, apps or games, or to get around their filters or bans;
  • send unlawful, harmful or abusive content through our contact form;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or its code;
  • use bots or automated tools to access the Site in a way that harms its performance for other users;
  • copy, resell or republish the Site itself, its design, its tool collections or its code as your own service.

4. Your text and the results

Text you type into our tools is processed in your browser and remains yours. We do not claim any ownership of the text you enter or the results you copy. You are responsible for how you use that text, including making sure it follows the rules of the platforms where you post it and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

If you use a Share button, your text is placed inside the link. Anyone with that link can see it, so do not share private information this way. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the little data we do receive.

5. Unicode characters and compatibility

The styles created on TextAura are standard Unicode characters, not font files. How they look depends on the device, operating system, app and installed fonts. Some platforms may not display, may filter, or may reject certain characters, especially in usernames and game names. Character counts can also differ between apps. We cannot guarantee that every style will work or look the same everywhere.

Styled text can also be harder for screen readers and search tools to read. Use plain text for important information such as names people need to find, links, prices and instructions.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, logo, code, written guides and tool collections are owned by TextAura and protected by copyright and other laws. Unicode characters themselves are a public standard and are not owned by us. Names of third-party platforms and games, such as Instagram, TikTok, Discord, X, WhatsApp, Roblox, Free Fire and PUBG, are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility, and TextAura is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Suggestions and feedback

If you send us ideas, style suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them to improve the Site without any obligation to you.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email admin@textaura.art with your contact details, a description of the work, the page address and a statement that the information is accurate. We will review the request and remove content where appropriate. If content you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can reply with an explanation and we will review it again.

9. Third-party links, services and advertising

The Site may include links to other websites, and in the future advertising from third parties such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services or ads, and your dealings with them are between you and the third party.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or secure. Information in our guides, such as platform limits and rules, is for general information only and can change without notice, so check important details on the platform itself. See our Disclaimer for more.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextAura will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, profits or reputation, arising from your use of the Site or the text it creates. Because the Site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold TextAura harmless from any claims, losses or costs that result from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may block or limit access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms, abuses the Site or puts other users at risk, without prior notice.

14. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend or remove any tool at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Resolving problems

If you have a problem with the Site, please contact us first at admin@textaura.art. Most issues can be solved quickly by email, and we will try in good faith to resolve any complaint within 30 days.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we give it up. We may transfer these Terms if the Site changes ownership. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the full agreement between you and TextAura about the Site.

17. Contact
